And for the final gift guide of the week! This one has, well, a little bit of everything. Fashion, cozy, kitchen, home stuff. They’re all things I have and love and have been talking about for years.
Hey, if it ain’t broke . . .
- The Madewell Transport Tote! I’ve had this bag for almost a decade, if not a full decade and I still carry it every single day. Looks great with anything and travels well. It is an investment piece, but gets better with age. Truly timeless. And it’s on sale! Do it.
2) The Chemex coffeemaker! This thing has been around since 1941, and there’s a reason. It just works. Makes the cleanest, boldest coffee I’ve ever tasted, and is quite the meditative experience. If you need to simplify your morning ritual and make it more thoughtful, this.is.it.
3) Gingham oven mitts! I love this look, pure and simple. They’re well made and look super pretty hanging on a wall or the side of your fridge. You’ll love them.
4) Speaking of side the fridge, these magnet shelves! They sit right below my oven mitts and hold all my pretty vinegar bottles. It’s all about texture, ya know? Having a bit of an apothecary vibe in the kitchen. They are durable as heck and look so, so good. Get ’em!
5) Something else I love in the kitchen are these woven produce hanging baskets. Aren’t they so pretty? Mine hold onions, lemons and limes. I have them hanging in various places in the kitchen and they make me feel like a grandma in Europe. What’s better than that? (also, they are STURDY. You’ll obsess.)
6) An Air Fryer! I’m sure this is on lots of people’s list this year, so I’m showing you the one my dad gifted us back in September. We use it all the time! Works like a charm and you won’t believe how little cleanup there is. If you’re looking for a more aesthetically pleasing model, this one is gooooorgeous.
7) I wear these Wicked Good Slippers as we speak. I’ve had them (second pair) for almost 10 years and I love the crud out of them. I was gifted my first pair when I turned 40, and I’ve been sold ever since. You’ll dig.
8) I’ve been on a mission to find some Kathleen Kelly-style pajamas since the first time I watched You’ve Got Mail. These? These are what I’ll open on Christmas morning and I am puuuuumped. That thin green stripe just speaks to me. And they’re 100% cotton! Win.
9) I’ve talked about these pens once and I’ll do it again right now. They’re soft to the touch yet have a great grip. The smooth fine point makes my handwriting look not so ransom note-y. Forever a fan!
10) And lastly, this Touch Lamp. Tell me to stop raving about it, but I won’t. It’s stylish and adds a little warm glow to any corner of the room without a dumb cord. Depending on how often you use it, you’ll charge twice a week or so, but it’s such a vibe! Freaking do it already.
