Will’s favorite new thing is to have his legs loose in his footed jammies. And by that I mean, his mama’s new favorite thing is to not button the legs in his footed jammies. It takes too long! Why doesn’t everything just zip? I’m going to start my own baby clothes line called Just Zip It. It will save the sanities of those far and wide. Until then who wants to open this Malbec?

I’m also going to start calling him Wizard Will, because look how wizardy he looks in that photo. Hunched over a pile of old books, using osmosis to soak up wisdom for his newest spells, smoking a cigar.

What are your weekend plans? Is it cold where you are? Hot? Right in the middle? Lukewarm? No one ever says, “it’s going to be a gorgeous lukewarm day!” I’m changing that right now. Except, it’s going to be rather chilly here today and tomorrow. But Sunday, it’s going to be the most gorgeous lukewarm day!

You’re bored.

Okay, I’m going to go watch Parenthood now! Amber’s totally papa-don’t-preachin’ that baby, isn’t she?

    AHHH!! Bev, you can call me lady face ANYTIME! I just emailed you back! Thank you SO. MUCH. I'm pretty much in shock because I nevereverever win anything ever! (And thank you thank you thank you, Willow & Fig! I'll be spreading the word about your darling moccasins.) I have a ten month old boy named Kieran and his feet are gonna be so happy!

    I can't imagine the endless snapping and unsnapping of footed pajamas. Will is styling! It's cooled down here after a cold front moved through last night. I'm a summer girl so I'm not looking forward to winter.

    They also have the PJs that have magnets on them. They are expensive but we had one, just one, and it was the best thing ever! It just like fell closed when you did it. So easy! Also, Parenthood is my favorite show and this season is making me feel so many things. I get all choked up during every episode and if Zeek dies, I may just be over, done, dead.

    I just had to weigh in the "to zip or not to zip" topic. I just don't understand why any baby pajamas are made with snaps or buttons! This is my one word of advice to new mamas, buy only zip up pj's...but do they listen?...no! Haha...just wait until it's 4am and you are trying to get those jammies back on after a huge blow out...=)

    Lukewarm sounds lovely - 95F here today. I'd buy your Just Zip It PJs. I don't have kids, but I could give them to parents struggling with snaps. I'd be their lifesaver.

      I wish I knew! There's no brand name on them anywhere, and they came from my parents a looooong time ago. So sorry!

    we have those mustache jammies, and they're always halfway unbuttoned. The boy is too wiggly for me too button then up. I'd totally invest in your zip it company.
