Frrrrrrrrrrrrrrallydallydoop!

Am I the only person who needs to know what time it is? At all times? Especially when I wake up in the night. Tell me this, are you capable of waking up, being aware that you’re awake, rolling over and closing your eyes again and not checking your phone or a clock for the time?
Not possible for me. Because one of life’s greatest joys is waking up in the middle of the night, thinking it’s 5:15am and time to get up, when only it’s 11:24pm. That RUSH! Nothing like it.
I also just like to know what time it is all the time. Is this is problem? Maybe don’t tell me.
Also I was a friend’s house last night and we were talking about – hold on, I need to look up the spelling of this weird word. Hold on.
Enneagram! Tell me this, what enneagram does one fall under who still doesn’t understand what a damn enneagram even is and when she attempts to take the quiz to find out what enneagram she is, every single answer starts with, “well it depends.” That’s me. I have no idea what eenrselkjegram I am and I don’t really care to know at this point. I’ll make up my own – I’m telegram 11. Why not just make it 10? Well this one goes to 11.
I feel better already.

I have a tiny Valentine’s gift guide if you’re looking to romanticize a completely made-up holiday.
Some festively themed taper candles for a mantel or a fabulous dinner table landscape.
Some sweet little bubble candles (pink and white) that look really cute on a coffee table.
An adorable “preppy” heart pillow that all the tweens just looooove. (I actually love it too.)
And two books that I’ve raved and raved and raved about for years. One is Love Poems for Married People, and one is Love Poems for People with Children. Both hysterically smart and relatable for anyone who’s been married for an extended amount of time. Or even not that long! They have kept us laughing for years. And they books are inexpensive! A perfect gift to yourself if you want to sit around and read together with your partner. I’m telling you, tears. TEARS.

Weekend plans?
We have two soccer games, and a basement to jush! Get this, last weekend Natalie came up with the idea to switch the rooms in our basement, making the front room the Chill Zone, and the back one the bedroom. So this week we purged, moved everything out of the front room, swept, mopped and painted. Progress!! Today we’ll move the couch back in, I’ll deep clean it, move the rugs in and hang the string lights. I’m documenting in Stories if you’d like to follow along. No pressure though. I’m not bossy about it. The ultimate goal is to make it a boho-inspired ’80s-style Stranger Things chill zone. It won’t be exact, and we have some thrifting and cozy making to do. But I love a good winter project!
From this week – I posted a Valentine’s (but not really) mixtape that you’re loving and it makes me so happy. And homemade English muffins! You best get in that. Here’s the how-to video.
Okay – tell me if you’re as obsessed with knowing the time as I am. Also #needsfriends.
