Burrata with Lemon and Olive Oil

Best-ever appetizer alert! Spoiler: it’s cheese.

Yes, burrata is trending and popular and everywhere, but dudes, there’s a reason! It’s duh-lish-ush.

If you have yet to indulge in this mild but extraordinarily creamy treat, please, please make it happen. All you seriously do is slice it open down the center and watch the magical soft stracciatella just spill out into glory. It is so good.

Then you’ll spritz with fresh lemon juice, drizzle with your best olive oil, throw a little salt over it along with a crack of black pepper. A pinch of crushed red pepper also? Yes please.

Some fabulous toasted bread to dredge through and you are set. As in, for life.

Set for life.

Basil on top is also a stellar decision. Bring this to your next whatever hang!

You will cry.
