Savory Mini Muffins with Goat Cheese, Red Onion and Rosemary

We need a muffin, n’est-ce pas?

I think so too.

I also think we need another poem.

WAIT DON’T GO YET.

Given the enormity of today’s events in our country, I feel a Herculean tug to share with you something that’s been weighing on my heart. Something that keeps me from sleeping. From relaxing. From living. (I have a fist on my heart right now, you guys)

I shared this with the Facebooks a few days ago, but I need you to know it too, just so we all understand my beliefs on this crucial matter of colossal importance. And to offer an official apology to Sir Mix-a-lot.

. . .

I hate. wet. herbs and I cannot lie.
You other bloggers can’t deny.
When a leaf gets moist and is clingy to your hands and
is. clumpy. when. it. lands. you. get. ticked.

And as if this wasn’t enough to make you want to drop the curtain on me forever, I also wrote you nursery rhyme over on the Tablespoons! I’m out of control and scared and hold me.

Savory Mini Muffins and The Worst Nursery Rhyme Ever!

I once posted a Haiku about tomatoes, so this rap and rhyme are perfectly acceptable. And quite awesome, actually.
