My Favorite Breakfast Ever

It’s safe to say that I eat the following at least 14 times a week for breakfast.

Oh, it’s possible.

I’ll change it up and add different spices, depending on my mood, but the staples are: whole grain English muffin, fried egg, (runny inside, yessss) wilted greens and crisp prosciutto. Oh, and a little bit of melted sharp cheddar. When my tomato bounty overfloweth, I’ll include a slice as well. Sometimes instead of wilted greens I’ll use fresh basil. SOMETIMES CILANTRO.

You get the point. Throw in some fresh berries and a cup of Joe and o.m.g.

Beautiful start to the day.

Oh my gracious! I just found your blog a few minutes ago and...um...YUM! This looks amazing and will most definitely be made by me A.S.A.P.!!! In fact, I have everything but the English muffins so I just might run to the store and make this for lunch today. Doesn't have to be breakfast food, right?? And it's so fun to hear that you live in K.C.! We just recently moved away from the MidWest! We were just a couple of hours South of KC!
