If it’s too snowy to make it to the pub, then bring the pub to your kitchen!
Pub Chips:
* 5 small yukon gold potatoes, sliced thinly with a mandolin
* 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
* coarse sea salt
Preheat oven to 450.
On an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet, lay the sliced potatoes in rows. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, checking at the 10-minute mark to make sure they aren’t burning.
Uh, I like snow days.
