July! Does that stress you out?
I feel like we need some jazz this month. Some easy piano grooves. A bit of saxophone. Maybe a trumpet here and there. Something cheerful and moody to carry us through these bloated and humid summer days. Between playing uber driver to the pool and back, camp director for the slew of playdates each week, nighttime ranger for the onslaught of sleepovers, a bit of jazz just . . . does the trick. It just does. Feel me? I know you do.
I need to run before it swelters into an oven today so, without another word, I give you . . . the “Lingering Nights and Hazy Starlight” mix. Oh, it’s gonna be the ticket for ya, I know it!
