Fancy Pants Topping for French Toast

We all know how to make french toast. So I’m not gonna get all food bloggery about that. BUT, I have to tell you about a quick and fancy topping you could incorporate into your weekend french toast ritual. That is if you have a weekend french toast ritual. If you do not, sit down and reevaluate things in your life.

Alright, so pour about a 1/4th cup heavy whipping cream into a bowl. Add a good Tbs. of your favorite liqueur. We used Disaronno today. Using an electric egg beater whipper mixer thing, whip it until you see soft peaks, maybe a minute or two.

Put a nice dollop on your french toast, sprinkle with a little bit of fresh cinnamon and adorn with a fresh mint leaf.

You guys, I have no words.
