Baked Italian Chicken with Pasta

You guys, I just cleaned my computer screen and I swear to you, it’s like . . . oh . . . what are the words  . . . A WHOLE NEW WOOOOOORLD. A DAZZLING PLACE I NEVER KNEW. BUT WHEN I’M WAY UP HERE, IT’S CRYSTAL CLEA – oh you got the point. K.

But fo’ real, it was like 17 layers of mud and residue and mildew and stains and, well, it basically looked like a close-up in a Ren and Stimpy cartoon.

And you’re tired of me talking about this.

But it’s so soft! I can take my finger and glide it over the screen like a smooth skating rink. A baby’s behind. Italian silk lining inside a Milli Vanilli blazer, aaaahhhhhh.

. . . I need to get out more.

Italian Chicken and Veggies

So check out this Baked Italian Chicken business. Just check it out. Check out those whole artichoke hearts just peeking out to say a quick hello. Check out all that broiled and bubbly melty cheese on top, just begging for a face plant. Check out that spaghetti over to the left, anxiously awaiting its love affair with the baked mama bear casserole. Seriously, check it out.

Check out that cilantro, so eager to top the whole mess with that special fresh flavor only it doth behold.

And check out that wooden spoon.

That’s all I had to say about that.

You want this, don’t you? You do. Lucky for you, I’m feeling generous today. I feel like giving you the link. Limited time only! Just kidding.

Baked Italian Chicken with Pasta, honey buns.

I mean, this screen is just so cleaaaaaan, I almost want to lick it! A WHOLE NEW WOOOOOOOOOOORLD. DON’T YOU DARE CLOSE YOUR EYES. EVERY MOMENT GETS BETT – yeah okay.

If you and I got together for drinks, we could sing the whole Aladdin soundtrack while sipping on some whiskey. Doesn't that sound amazing? Well, almost as amazing as this baked pasta.

Ugh, I had to bring my computer to the apple store to get it fixed and the man (genius) looked absolutely disgusted as he took off my case and cleaned the entire computer. I squirmed and looked away. Awkward. On a happier note...this looks DELICIOUS!

I made this for dinner last night and OMG it was amazing! Had the leftovers for lunch today. I paired it with a side salad instead of the pasta, yum!!!
