Rainbow Pizza and Truffle Fries with a Wine Dipping Sauce

I know.

I’ve completely gone off the deep end. What can I say, I HAD A WEAK MOMENT. An incredibly delicious and colorfully cuckoo weak moment.

Be honest, you want it. Lawk, bawd.

Before your eyeballs attempt to jump out of their sockets because they simply cannot take it anymore, I’ll go ahead and give you the recipe so you can secretly make it at midnight tonight in the pitch black dark and never tell a soul.

Oh! This next recipe might lessen the blow. How ’bout some rustic hand-cut truffle fries with a frickin’ chardonnay dipping sauce to cure all of the awesome pain you might be experiencing after what I just put you through.

I don’t think you heard me – A DAD GUM WINE DIPPING SAUCE.

It almost hurts, doesn’t it?

Here’s the medicine, I MEAN the recipe.

Things between us are still okay after the whole rainbow pizza thing, right?

I don't know what you're talking about. I'll take a double rainbow please and some of that frickin' (sic) sauce to dip my fries (and pizza bread) in. Yes.

Wine dipping sauce. That's all you need to say. Wine. Dipping. Sauce. You should use that as a base for pizza. With caramalized onions and mushrooms. Or maybe I should.

Um yeah, too bad I think this pizza is like.. really, really awesome. Is that bad? Am I supposed to think it's silly? I have a real bad social acceptability barometer on things like this....
