Frozen Papaya Daiquiri

I WANT SPRING.

We have a long way to go, don’t we?

Tell you what, while we power through the next 8 weeks, 3 days, 17 hours and 23 seconds, here’s a leetle frozen papaya cocktail to help distract your soul from what’s actually going on outside.

Go ahead and make 25 pitchers.

GOSH, I’M KIDDING!

Make 26.

We have sooooo long until Spring. In fact, Colorado technically doesn't have a Spring, which makes me scream. I'll just have to drink papaya daiquiris from now until Summertime and pretend.

Brrr, looking at this made me chilly. Let me enjoy my spiked hot chocolates for a couple more months, then pleeease remind me about this ;)

I love spring, but even since I've lived in Memphis I am apprehensive of spring. Because it only lasts a week or two before the summer heat comes.
