I agree with Jessica (and there was just an article in my local paper’s health section about how Dr Roisen — Dr Oz’s co-author of all those YOU! books — has butternut squash soup as his lunch staple for fall, easy, healthy and delicious) — here’s hoping I have some money left over this week for a brisk trip to the farmer’s market for squash and party staples for my birthday Sunday!!!!!
